This task must be selected every day.

It is not a chore. It is you being responsible for yourself. This task has multiple parts.

Your bed must be made.
Your room must be straightened up. This doesn't usually require deep cleaning, that is a different chore.
Your dirty laundry must be in a hamper not on any bathroom floor.
All trash must be picked up and deposited in a trash receptacle.

Throughout the day and throughout the house you are responsible for keeping your own stuff picked up. This includes but is not limited to: your shoes, your clothes, your toys, your trash, your dirty dishes, your coat, your candy wrappers, anything you got out earlier and are done playing with, etc.

If you do not complete this chore by 6 pm every day, you will lose a portion of the points that you have earned, usually equivalent to one point per item and a maximum of double the value of the task (12 points). NO WARNING is necessary to charge you.

If two people are potentially responsible for the same item, (such as a game) they will both be charged.
